<div class="faq-ans">A. Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. Sometimes items ship separately, but you will not be charged for multiple shipments. If you used a credit card and our item is on backorder, your card will not be charged until the item is shipped. </div>
